2 months later the LV shows a focal aneurysmal bulge in the apico-septal region and persistent but reduced apical thrombus

2 months later the LV more inferiorly shows diffuse aneurysmal bulge in the apicoseptal region and thinning of the myocardium with resorption of some of the thrombus
