He was anticoagulated and thrombus disappeared on subsequent CT, 3 months later.

3 Months Later Following Anticoagulation
He was anticoagulated and thrombus resolved on subsequent CT.
The right coronary artery is widely patent noted in the axial images (top row) and the reconstructions of the RCA below.

LAD Disease
He was anticoagulated and thrombus resolved on subsequent CT.
Reconstructions of the LAD above showed mild LAD disease. Both calcified plaque and non-calcified plaque were identified The calcified proximal lesion was felt to be mild on multiple views.
The circumflex artery (below) was normal
