CTA of the right coronary artery (RCA) of a 30 year man presenting with chest pain and low suspicion for MI. troponins were negative. The CTA shows a patent proximal RCA (a and c white arrowhead) but confirms the presence of an acclusion, likely thrombotic in the mid portion of the RCA at the acute marggin of the right heart (red arrohead in b , c) . The patient went on to angiography and an acute occlusion wa confirmed.
